FACT CHECK
NewsMobile fact-checked the claim and found it to be false and part of an online scam.
We began our investigation by checking the official website of Reliance Industries and the verified social media handles of Reliance Jio, Reliance Retail, and JioMart.
No such Diwali offer or announcement about ‘free gold’ was found. There were also no press releases or credible media reports mentioning any such giveaway.
On further examination, the link mentioned in the viral video led to a suspicious website — test.arcadda.com.
The site did not contain any verified information about Mukesh Ambani or any legitimate offer. Its design and content appeared dubious, raising red flags of a phishing or scam website aimed at collecting personal information.

In conclusion, the claim that Mukesh Ambani is giving away free gold chains as part of a Diwali offer is fake. No such offer has been made by Reliance or any of its subsidiaries. Users are advised to avoid clicking on suspicious links and to verify such claims through official company channels.
During festive seasons, scammers often circulate fake offers using the names of well-known companies or business leaders to lure unsuspecting users. NewsMobile has previously debunked several such fraudulent schemes — examples can be seen here, here and here.
