A Reverse Image Search of the video keyframes identifies the same footage on Instagram, posted on October 17, 2023, well before the India vs Pakistan match in the ICC Champions Trophy 2025.
And the clip has captured the pre-match national anthem ceremony showing flags of both countries.

The viral video is actually from the ODI World Cup 2023, where India played against Pakistan on October 14, 2023, at Narendra Modi Stadium, Ahmedabad. India won that match by seven wickets.
Thus, it is confirmed that the video from the ODI World Cup 2023 in India has gone viral with false narratives.
