A Reverse Image Search conducted by our team yielded no results from the credible sources, or major media outlets. The image appeared authentic at first glance, but a closer scrutiny uncovered multiple inconsistencies, strongly suggesting that it was created using artificial intelligence.
On putting the picture through the AI-detection tool — TrueMedia and Hive Moderation — it was revealed that the picture in question is AI-generated.
So in conclusion, the viral image of Kylian Mbappé serving burgers at McDonald’s is not authentic but AI-generated.
