On August 10, Prime Minister Narendra Modi visited Wayanad in Kerala, which has been severely affected by landslides since July 30. During his visit, he also met several victims at the hospital. Against this backdrop, images from his visit have gone viral on social media with many users criticising opposition leader and MP Rahul Gandhi.
The captions with the posts sarcastically pointed out that even though BJP lost the Wayanad seat in the Lok Sabha elections, Modi still went there to meet the victims. However, the person who won this seat, Rahul Gandhi, is yet to find time to visit Wayanad.
