FACT CHECK
NewsMobile fact-checked the claim and found it to be Misleading.
Conducting a Reverse Image Search of the viral picture, the NM team traced the footage to Gen Z protests in Nepal. It is Not at all related to Bihar Assembly elections.

As per multiple news reports, the clip actually shows demonstrators in Pokhara smashing the vehicle of a Nepalese government official.
Searching with relevant keywords for further verification, NewsMobile found no authentic news/sources to support the allegation. Had it been true, the mainstream media would have given a wider coverage.
Hence, we can conclude that the viral clip, originally from Nepal’s GenZ unrest, has been linked to recent Bihar elections with false narratives.
