NewsMobile fact-checked the picture in question, and found it to be digitally altered.
Putting the picture through Reverse Image Search, the NM team discovered the original, unedited photo, posted as part of an Instagram collaboration on the open accounts @samiksha_madhwani and @harsh_madhwani, dated September 14, 2024.

Closely analysing both images, it became clear that the faces of Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant were superimposed onto the original photo using the photo-editing software.
Therefore, we can conclusively say that the viral image (which is digitally altered) claiming that Radhika Merchant is flaunting a baby bump alongside Anant Ambani is false.
