The video of a massive fire is being widely circulated on social media, claiming that it shows a recent incident in Agra, Uttar Pradesh. The footage depicts huge flames engulfing a street as panicked residents urge each other to evacuate their homes for safety.
The video is shared on Facebook with a caption: #देखो भाई पूरा आगरा में मोहल्ला जल गया है (English version: #Look brother the whole locality in Agra has been burnt.)

Upon investigating the origins of the video through Reverse Image Search, the NM team detected the clip uploaded to YouTube in February 2024. Comments under the viral post suggested that the video was from the Alipur area of Delhi.
Further search led us to an NDTV report confirming a tragic fire in Alipur on February 15, 2024.
The reports indicated that the fire occurred in a densely populated area on the Sheela Bua Mandir Wali Gali near Dayal market. An illegal paint factory operating in the area was identified as the source of fire, which erupted due to an explosion. This catastrophic event claimed the lives of 11 workers and left four others injured. The Delhi Police later named the factory owner Akhil Jain, his father Ashok Jain, and the landowner Raj Rani as the accused in the case.
Thus, it is confirmed that the viral video claiming to show a massive fire in Agra is actually from Alipur area in Delhi.
