Adding to the buzz, a set of images featuring Dhanashree and cricketer Shreyas Iyer at a poolside has gone viral on social media.

NewsMobile fact-checked the claim, and found it to be false.
Searching with keywords to trace the viral images on the social media handles of either Dhanashree Verma or Shreyas Iyer, the NM team could not find any such reports. No media outlts have also carried these viral images.
Interestingly, we detected a watermark labelled ‘Grok’, which is an AI image generator.
Analysing the viral images further using an AI detection tool — Hive Moderation — it’s now confirmed that the pictures were AI-generated, and not authentic.
Thus, we can conclusively say that the poolside images of Dhanashree and Shreyas Iyer are AI-generated.
