FACT CHECK
NewsMobile fact-checked the viral post, and found it to be false.
Running a Reverse Image Search of the video keyframes, the NM team identified a YouTube video on an unverified channel, dated June 27, 2024. The footage shows visuals from different parts of Lucknow after heavy rainfall. Around 00:13, we see a portion of the clip similar to the viral video, except for the boat. This indicates that the video may have been edited.
Searching further, we came across an Instagram post from February 4, 2024, showing the same video. Here too, we see that the boat is missing. This confirms that the boat has been digitally added to the video to spread misinformation.

Therefore, we can conclusively say that the viral post showing a boat moving on the road in front of Charbagh station in Lucknow is digitally manipulated.
