On putting the image through Reverse Image Search, we found the same image on Wikipedia. The picture description read, ” Meeting of Nicholas Roerich with Jawaharlal Nehru and Indira Gandhi at the Roerichs estate in Kullu, India) (right: M. Yunus).” This picture was taken in 1942.
