A Reverse Image Search, along with a detailed keyword scan, did not yield any credible news reports, authentic photographs, or official social media posts supporting the claim. No verified handles of Indian authorities or representatives from Afghanistan or Balochistan have shared any such image. Moreover, no reputable media outlet has reported any such development.
On closer inspection, the image exhibits several telltale signs of AI manipulation.
