A reverse image search, coupled with relevant keyword searches, yielded no credible news reports, authentic photographs or official social media posts corroborating the claim. Neither Kangana Ranaut nor Chirag Paswan has shared the purported image on their verified social media accounts. Additionally, no credible media organisation has reported such an event or published the photograph.
A closer inspection of the viral image revealed several telltale signs of AI generation. These include unnatural facial blending, distorted hand structures, inconsistent lighting and shadow patterns, disproportionate body alignment, and an unusually smooth, synthetic-looking background — all common indicators of digitally generated visuals.
To further verify its authenticity, NewsMobile analysed the image using AI detection tools, including Sightengine and Hive Moderation. Both tools flagged the image as AI-generated with a high probability score, confirming that it is digitally fabricated.
In conclusion, the viral image claiming to show Kangana Ranaut and Chirag Paswan offering prayers is AI-generated and not authentic.
