NewsMobile investigated the viral video and found it to be AI-generated and digitally manipulated.
A reverse image search of multiple keyframes from the video, along with relevant keyword searches, found no credible evidence supporting the claim. NewsMobile could not find any verified video, official social media post or credible media report showing Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan together in the manner depicted in the viral clip.
Neither actor has shared the viral video on their verified social media accounts.
A frame-by-frame analysis of the footage revealed several tell-tale signs of AI manipulation, including unnatural facial features, inaccurate lip-sync, distorted body movements, inconsistent body proportions, and irregular lighting and shadows. The backgrounds also appear overly smooth, lacking the depth and texture typically seen in authentic footage.
To further verify the claim, NewsMobile analysed the footage using Hive Moderation, an AI-detection tool. The tool flagged the video as AI-generated with a high probability, providing additional evidence that the footage has been digitally fabricated.
In conclusion, the viral video claiming to show Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan together, with Salman Khan urging fans to follow his new social media account, is AI-generated and digitally manipulated.
