A video circulating on social media purportedly shows Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan alongside his wife, Gauri Khan, urging viewers to follow his new account.

NewsMobile investigated the viral video and found it to be AI-generated and digitally manipulated.
A reverse image search of multiple keyframes from the viral clip, along with relevant keyword searches, found no credible evidence to support the claim. NewsMobile found no authentic videos, official social media posts, or credible media reports showing Shah Rukh Khan and Gauri Khan together in the manner depicted in the viral footage. Moreover, neither Shah Rukh Khan nor Gauri Khan has shared any such video on their verified social media accounts.
A frame-by-frame examination of the clip revealed several tell-tale signs of AI manipulation, including unnatural facial features, inaccurate lip-sync, distorted body movements, inconsistent body proportions, irregular lighting and shadow patterns, and overly smooth backgrounds lacking realistic depth and texture.
To further verify the claim, NewsMobile analysed the video using the AI detection tool Hive Moderation. The tool flagged the footage as AI-generated with a high probability score, further confirming that the viral video is digitally fabricated.
