NM VERIFIED
NewsMobile investigated the viral claim and found it to be false and part of an online scam.
A detailed keyword search yielded no official government notification or credible media report announcing any such financial assistance scheme for women.
Further investigation revealed that the link shared in the video — bazartak.net — redirects users to a suspicious website seeking personal and banking details, a major red flag indicative of phishing and data-harvesting fraud.

Checks across the official websites and verified social media handles of the Government of India, the BJP, and concerned ministries also confirmed that no such scheme has been announced.
Additionally, a closer analysis of the video exposed multiple signs of AI-generated manipulation, including lip-sync inconsistencies, synthetic audio, and unnaturally smooth facial movements.
To corroborate the findings, NewsMobile analysed the clip using Hive Moderation’s AI-detection tool, which confirmed that the video was AI-manipulated.

In conclusion, the claim that the government is giving ₹5,000 to women is completely false. The viral video is AI-generated and part of a scam designed to steal personal information.
