A video showing a man strapping a makeshift flying device to his back, leaping off a rooftop, and crashing to the ground is gaining momentum on social media. Many users are claiming the clip as real and even using it to target a particular community.

Running the video keyframes through Reverse Image Search, NewsMobile detects a Reddit post, dated November 28, 2025. Many users claim that it is created using artificial intelligence.

Analysing the video further by using the Hive Moderation, an AI detection tool, we found the clip to be 97% artificially generated. Another AI detection tool, Undetectable, also concludes that the visuals are digitally manipulated.

Searching on Google using InVid, we also found an Instagram account, aiarti11, carrying the same, video dated November 26, 2025. This account consistently posts AI-generated visuals, confirming that the viral clip is not a real incident.
So, in conclusion, we can say that the viral video of a man attempting to fly using a homemade device is an AI-created clip.
