Running the video keyframes through Reverse Image Search, the NM team could not find any media outlet/YouTube channels/websites uploading this Indira Gandhi interview. No article has also mentioned about Indira Gandhi remaining silent when questioned about the imposition of the Emergency in any interview.
For more authentication of the clip, we analysed it through the AI detection tool, Hive Moderation, which flagged the content as AI-generated.
Hence, we can conclude by saying that the viral interview video of Indira Gandhi, carrying specific bytes, is artificially created.
