Paris business school is all set to use an Artificial Intelligence (AI) to detect if the student is paying attention to the lecture or not. The software called Nestor will be used in September in two remote classes. LCA learning, the creator of Nestor showcased the invention at an event of United Nations in New York.

The main idea behind this technology by LCA is to use data from Nestor to enhance the performance of both teachers and students. The Nestor will analyze the facial expressions of the students through webcam and determine the attentiveness of the students during the video lecture. The first version will only be for video lectures, while LCA is planning to make a classroom version very soon.
