New Delhi: Addressing the party workers at the BJP central headquarters, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday, announced that the BJP-led NDA will form its third successive government, hailing the victory of Viksit Bharat, “Sabka Sath Sabka Vikas,” and the people’s unwavering faith in the Indian Constitution.
The Prime Minister was welcomed by BJP workers as he arrived at the party headquarters.

He said it is the first time after 1962 that a government that completed two full tenures has got a third successive term in office. He said “new history” has been created after six decades.
“On this sacred day, it is confirmed that NDA is forming the government for the third time. We are grateful to the people, they reposed full faith on the BJP, NDA. This is the victory of the world’s largest democracy, it is a victory of strong faith on India’s Constitution, it is the victory of the resolve of Viksit Bharat. It is the victory of ‘Sabka Sath Sabka Vikas’,” PM Modi said.

The Prime Minister also lauded the Election Commission for successfully conducting the world’s largest democratic exercise.”They carried out such a huge election with so much efficiency in this scorching heat. Our security forces have also effectively carried out their work. Every Indian is proud of the credibility of India’s election process and system,” he said.

He also expressed his gratitude to workers for their hard work. In a post on X, PM Modi said, “The people of the country have expressed their trust in the NDA for the third consecutive time. This is an unprecedented moment in the history of India. I thank my family for their love and blessings. I assure the countrymen that to fulfil their aspirations, we will move forward with new energy, new enthusiasm, and new resolves.”
“I express my heartfelt gratitude and congratulations to all the workers for the dedication and tireless hard work they have done,” the Prime Minister added.

PM Modi won his third successive election from Varanasi, defeating Congress candidate Ajay Rai by a margin of 1,52,513 votes. According to latest ECI trends, National Democratic Alliance (NDA) is ahead on 293 seats, while the INDIA bloc is leading in 232 seats. The BJP is ahead or has won 240 seats.
