With just a few months to 2019 General elections, all parties are also gearing up to present their best foot front.
In the wake of this, Andra Pradesh leader and TDP supremo Chandrababu Naidu on Saturday appealed to all opposition party to meet on November 22 to discuss the future course and create an anti-BJP platform.
The announcement came after his meeting with Congress general secretary Ashok Gehlot at his residence in Amaravati on Saturday.
“I appeal all parties opposing BJP to join us. We want to create an anti-BJP platform. We want to have one meeting in Delhi. We’ll discuss issues & then chalk out a programme & take the issues forward. That’s the agenda. Meeting’s tentative date is 22nd Nov,” he said.

Naidu had recently met various party heads in an attempt to unite all opposition and form an alliance against BJP.

On November 1st he met Congress President Rahul Gandhi in Delhi. Then he recently met former Prime Minister H D Deve Gowda, his Karnataka counterpart H D Kumaraswamy Bengaluru on Thursday. On Friday, November 9, he held a meeting with DMK president M K Stalin.
Prior to this, The TDP chief has also met NCP head Sharad Pawar and National Conference president Farooq Abdullah.
