The leads of the film are Carey Mulligan as Montealegre and Cooper as Bernstein.
The Zone of Interest: Somewhat inspired by the 2014 novel of the same name. Written and directed by Jonathan Glazer, this film is a historical drama. the film centres on Auschwitz commandant Rudolf Höss and his wife as they strive to build a dream life next to the concentration camp. The leads of this film are Christian Friedel and Sandra Hüller.
Priscilla: Written and directed by Sofia Coppola, it is an American biographical drama film. It is based on the 1985 memoir Elvis and Me by Priscilla Presley (who serves as an executive producer) and Sandra Harmon. It follows the life of Presley and her complicated romantic relationship with Elvis Presley. The leads of this movie are Jacob Elordi and Cailee Spaeny.
Revoir Paris: Written and directed by Alice Winocour, it’s a French drama film. The film stars Virginie Efira as Mia, a woman who is struggling with the lingering mental health effects of having survived a terrorist attack in Paris months earlier.
Past Lives: Written and directed by Celine Song, this film is a romantic drama. This film also marks Celine Song’s feature directorial debut. The leads of the film are Greta Lee, Teo Yoo, and John Magaro. It follows the relationship between two childhood friends over the course of twenty-four years, as they contemplate their relationship when they grow apart to have different lives. The plot is semi-autobiographical and inspired by real events from Song’s life.
Killers of the Flower Moon: Directed and co-produced by Martin Scorsese, this is an American epic western crime drama film. Scorsese has also co-written the script alongside Eric Roth. The film is based on a 2017 non-fiction book of the same name by David Grann. The leads of this movie are Leonardo DiCaprio, Robert De Niro and Lily Gladstone.
Are You There God? It’s Me, Margaret: Written and directed by Kelly Fremon Craig, it is an American coming-of-age comedy-drama film. It is based on the 1970 novel of the same name by Judy Blume. The cast of the film includes- Abby Ryder Fortson as the title character, along with Rachel McAdams, Elle Graham, Benny Safdie, and Kathy Bates.
Dreamin’ Wild: Written, directed, and produced by Bill Pohlad, this film is an American biographical drama. It is based on the life of singer-musician brothers Donnie and Joe Emerson. The leads of the film are Casey Affleck, Noah Jupe, Zooey Deschanel, Walton Goggins, and Beau Bridges.
