Seoul: In a tragic incident, K-pop star Moonbin was reportedly found dead by his manager at his apartment in Seoul on Wednesday night.
The police, as quoted by BBC, said, “He appears to have taken his own life, but an autopsy is being reviewed to determine the exact cause of death.”
Fantagio, a K-pop star’s music label, in a tribute added, “Unexpectedly left our world and became a star in the sky.”
Moonbin was an actor and model before he joined the boy band Astro in 2016. He also performed with a subgroup called Moonbin & Sanha.
Fantagio in a statement further added, “In order for the bereaved family, who has fallen into great sorrow due to this sudden tragedy, to be able to respectfully mourn the departed and say their goodbyes, we entreat you to please refrain from speculative or malicious reports.”
