New Delhi: With 2019 General elections just a few months away, Prime Minister Narendra Modi led BJP-government is expected to roll out the Universal Basic Income (UBI) programme.

Reports suggest that in the wake of BJP’s position in recently concluded assembly elections, the government is expected to roll out the scheme earlier next year.
