London: Queen Elizabeth II passed away at the age of 96 on Thursday at Balmoral.
“The Queen died peacefully at Balmoral this afternoon. The King and The Queen Consort will remain at Balmoral this evening and will return to London tomorrow,” Buckingham Palace confirmed.

She was placed under medical supervision at Balmoral after doctor’s expressed concern over her health on Thursday.
The report further added that the Prince of Wales and Duchess of Cornwall have travelled to Balmoral.
