The second day of the 2024 International Indian Film Academy (IIFA) event unfolded in Abu Dhabi, featuring a grand gathering of Bollywood’s biggest stars. Actors like Shah Rukh Khan, Rani Mukerji, Anil Kapoor, Vicky Kaushal, Shahid Kapoor, and Kriti Sanon, among many others.
Shah Rukh Khan captivated the crowd with his exceptional hosting skills. Joined by his co-hosts Vicky Kaushal and Karan Johar. The highlight of the night, however, was the much-anticipated announcement of the award winners.

Upon receiving the Best Actor award, Shah Rukh Khan graciously said, “I want to thank all the other nominees — Ranveer Singh, Ranbir Kapoor, Vikrant Massey — he was great in the film — Vicky Kaushal, Sunny Paji. I think all of them were great, but I got an edge because people were happy that I worked after so long.”
The IIFA festivities began on September 27 with the ‘IIFA Utsavam’, celebrating the southern film industries—Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada. The second day saw Shah Rukh, Karan, Rekha, Ananya Panday, Janhvi Kapoor, and Vicky Kaushal gracing the event. The three-day celebration will wrap up on September 29 with an exclusive, invitation-only IIFA Rocks event, where live performances from artists like Honey Singh and Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy will take place.
