Aaradhya Bachchan, the daughter of Aishwarya Rai and Abhishek Bachchan, has filed a fresh petition in the Delhi High Court requesting that various websites remove false and misleading information about her health.
According to media reports, the Delhi High Court issued a notice on an application filed by Aaradhya Bachchan, seeking a summary judgment regarding the circulation of misleading information about her in the media, Bar & Bench reported.
The Court sent notices to defendants, such as Google, Bollywood Times, and additional websites. The next hearing is scheduled for March 17.
Justice Mini Pushkarna issued notice on Aaradhya’s application, seeking to proceed ex-parte since the defendants were not appearing in the matter and requested a decree in her favour.
The 13-year-old filed the plea in a follow-up to an earlier High Court order, which had asked Google and other websites to remove fake news about her health.

Aaradhya Bachchan moved the Delhi High Court on April 19, 2023, against a YouTube tabloid for reporting fake news about her health.
In her plea, Aaradhya Bachchan said that though she’s a healthy school-going-child, certain miscreants have over time been circulating videos on YouTube for publicity stating she is critically ill. One video even claimed that she is no more, she said in her plea.
Furthermore, morphed pictures have also been used in said videos to lend colour to the information they seek to convey.
During the 2023 hearing, Justice C Hari Shankar said that a child is entitled to be treated with honour and respect, and dissemination of misleading information in respect of a child’s health was “completely intolerable in law”.
