‘Beef’ on Indian team’s lunch menu at Lord’s sparks Twitter war

While the fans are closely following the ongoing test match between India and England at Lord’s cricket ground, something else about the Lord’s caught the attention of the  Twitterati.

Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) posted a pic of lunch menu for the teams.

Though items like grilled chicken, chicken tikka curry, paneer tikka curry, dahl makhani, chocolate mousse were present on the menu, a certain something grabbed the most attention. The presence of  ‘braised beef pasta’ did not go down well with some of the Indian Twitter users.


While some were busy blaming BCCI for the menu, others came to rescue
