Cindy Crawford had to leave her home in Malibu when Southern California endured one of the worst wildfire seasons in its history. This time, many of the famous residents of Los Angeles were affected.
In her post, Cindy wrote,” I’ve never been more grateful to come back home. We left our house in Malibu 11 days ago. Because we have evacuated before, I have a prepared list of what to grab. This time, we had enough time to get as organized as possible and I even had time to walk through each room of my home to thank it for the life that we lived in it.”
The fires have already destroyed thousands of homes, buildings, and storefronts in communities like Malibu, Pacific Palisades, and Altadena, leading to widespread evacuations elsewhere in the area.
She added, “I’m so lucky that I have a house to come home to. So many others don’t and my heart aches for them. There are countless ways to help and I encourage everyone to do what they can.”
