A picture has surfaced on the internet in which Prime Minister Narendra Modi can be seen whispering into Republic TV Editor-in-Chief, Arnab Goswami, ear.

NewsMobile fact-checked the above picture and found it to be morphed.
We cropped the picture and put it Reverse Image Search. After an extensive investigation, we found the original picture on the Russian search engine, Yandex.
As can be seen in the original picture, it is former Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister, Omar Abdullah with PM Modi in the original picture and not Arnab Goswami.
We juxtaposed both the pictures and closely analysed them. We found that Arnab’s face was superimposed on Omar Abdullah’s face using photo editing software.
Hence, it is proved that the picture in question is FAKE.
