From SRK To Allu Arjun: Celebrities Condemn Pahalgam Terror Attack

A wave of grief and outrage has swept across India’s entertainment industry in the aftermath of the horrific terrorist attack in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir, which claimed the lives of several innocent tourists. Prominent stars from Bollywood and South Indian cinema have voiced their condemnation of the cowardly act, expressing solidarity with the victims and their families.

Superstar Salman Khan was among the first to react, expressing deep sorrow and fury. “Kashmir,heaven on planet earth turning into hell. Innocent people being targeted, my heart goes out to their families . Ek bhi innocent ko marna puri kainath ko marne ke barabar hai,” he shared in a statement.

Shah Rukh Khan, took to social media to call the incident “inhumane” and urged the country to remain united in this moment of grief. “Words fail to express the sadness and anger at the treachery and inhumane act of violence that has occurred in Pahalgam.,” he posted.

Alia Bhatt echoed similar emotions, describing the attack as “heartbreaking.” “Innocent lives lost. Tourists, families… people simply seeking peace. And now, only sorrow remains,” she wrote.

Anushka Sharma termed the tragedy a “cold-blooded terror attack.”

While Sidharth Malhotra, who portrayed Captain Vikram Batra in Shershaah, called it a “cowardly act” and said, “I have full faith in our armed forces. Justice will be served.”

Raveena Tandon, visibly shaken, shared her anguish on social media. while Kareena Kapoor Khan, said she was “beyond heartbroken” and offered prayers for the victims’ families.

Meanwhile, Akshay Kumar, expressed horror over the attack, writing, “ Sheer evil to kill innocent people like this. Prayers for their families.”

Vicky Kaushal said he couldn’t begin to imagine the pain of those who lost loved ones. “This is not just a tragedy—it is a wound on the soul of the country,” he wrote.

South Indian cinema icons also expressed solidarity. Allu Arjun wrote, “Soo heart broken by #Pahalgam Attack . Such a beautiful place with kind hearted people . Condolences to all the families, near and dear of the victims. May their innocent souls rest in peace . Truly Heart breaking.”

NTR Jr. offered prayers and called for peace and justice. He wrote, “Heart goes out to the victims of the #Pahalgam attack. My thoughts are with their families. Praying for peace and justice.”
