Punjabi singer Karan Aujla is set to embark on his highly anticipated ‘It Was All A Dream’ tour, taking his electrifying performances to multiple Indian cities, starting in December. Fans have eagerly snapped up tickets for his shows in Chandigarh, Bengaluru, New Delhi, and Mumbai, with the “Tauba Tauba” hitmaker expected to deliver a thrilling experience.
However, it’s the ticket prices that have been causing a stir. On BookMyShow, tickets for Aujla’s December shows are selling at jaw-dropping rates, with the most expensive seats priced at ₹15 lakh.
These exclusive tickets come with lavish perks, including VVIP seating for 15 people, 8 luxury and 2 premium bottles of champagne, along with unlimited beer and energy drinks. There are also other premium tickets priced at ₹2.5 lakh, ₹5 lakh, and ₹10 lakh, some of which are still available, while the cheapest tickets, priced at ₹1,999, sold out within minutes of going live.
Reflecting on his milestone tour, Aujla shared his excitement, saying, “It highlights my journey from a small village in Punjab to the global stage. India has a special place in my heart, and I can’t wait to bring the It Was All A Dream tour home! I’m grateful to my fans for making this dream possible. We’re gonna celebrate together and make some history!”
The high-ticket prices have drawn comparisons to those of Diljit Dosanjh and Coldplay concerts, where similarly priced passes were snatched up rapidly, leading to resellers selling tickets for inflated prices. Diljit, who faced a fake ticket scam during his Dil-Luminati Tour, publicly addressed the issue, apologizing to fans who were affected but clarified that his team wasn’t responsible for the counterfeit tickets.
