Priyanka Chopra Jonas expressed her admiration for the “brave” first responders who worked through the night to manage the Palisades Fire in Los Angeles.
On her Instagram stories, she shared a post showing the responders in action and thanked them for their tireless efforts: “A huge shoutout to the incredibly brave first responders. Thank you for working tirelessly overnight and continuing to help families affected. @lasdhq @losangelesfiredepartment @lapdhq.”
Earlier, Priyanka had posted a video of the wildfire engulfing the Los Angeles neighborhood, describing the situation as “crazy.” She added in the caption, “My thoughts are with everyone affected. Hope we are all able to be safe tonight.” She later shared another update on the fast-moving Palisades Fire, which has destroyed thousands of acres and homes.
The fire led to the evacuation of over 30,000 residents on January 7, 2025. California Governor Gavin Newsom declared a state of emergency in Los Angeles as a result.
