No! This picture is not from India; here’s the fact check

Date:

A photo of a few people setting fire to an Indian flag is making rounds on social media and it is claimed that the incident took place in India.

The caption of the picture read- “समझ से परे की बात है गुसा हमसे है या मां भारती से आप अपनी सारी कौम को क्यो बदनाम करवाते हैं जिनको भाईचारा पसंद नहीं था वह नए राष्ट्र का पाकिस्तान के रूप में उदय कर चुके हैं आप मां भारती के तिरंगे को जलाकर क्या सिद्ध करना चाहते हैं यदि आपका मन यहां नहीं लगता तो आप अपने बनाएं पाकिस्तान में सहर्ष जा सकते हैं और जिनको इस भारत देश से प्रेम है वह अशफाक उल्ला खान अब्दुल कलाम की तरह इस पावन धरा के लिए अपना सर्वस्व न्योछावर करते रहेंगे”

(Translation- I don’t understand if you’re mad at us or Maa Bharti. Why do you discredit your entire community? Those who did not like the brotherhood of the nation have formed Pakistan, what do you want to prove by burning the tricolor of Maa Bharati? If you do not want to be here, then you can go to Pakistan and those who love this country of India, like Ashfaq Ulla Khan and Abdul Kalam, will continue to sacrifice for their nation ”
