The much-awaited sequel, Salaar Part 2: Shouryanga Parvam, starring Prabhas, has officially begun production. Hombale Films, the studio behind the blockbuster KGF series, took to social media to share an exciting video featuring Prabhas as Salaar, marking the commencement of the shoot. This project will kickstart Prabhas’ new three-film collaboration with Hombale Films.

Hombale Films, renowned for its success with the KGF franchise, revealed the three-film partnership with Prabhas aims to create cinematic experiences that will set new standards for Indian films. Their announcement on social media read, “We are proud to unite with the Rebel Star, Prabhas, in a groundbreaking three-film partnership that celebrates the essence of Indian cinema and aims to take it to the world.” The production house also hinted at future release dates for the collaboration, with the movies planned for 2026, 2027, and 2028.

In addition to Salaar Part 2, Prabhas has an impressive lineup of upcoming projects, including The Raja Saab, Spirit, Kalki 2, and Fauji. He was last seen in Kalki 2898 AD, a sci-fi epic featuring an ensemble cast with Amitabh Bachchan, Deepika Padukone, Kamal Haasan, and Disha Patani.
