US President Donald Trump has said the results of his recent physical examination at Walter Reed Military Medical Center were “extremely good” and highlighted his performance on a cognitive assessment.
In a post on Truth Social, Trump stated that he scored a perfect 30 out of 30 on what he described as an approved and highly difficult cognitive test. He said the result reflected “extreme intelligence” and added that he had achieved perfect scores on four such tests over the years.

Trump also called for mandatory cognitive testing for candidates seeking the offices of President and Vice President. “All people running for President and Vice President should be forced to take high difficulty Cognitive Tests,” Trump wrote, urging Congress to support such a requirement.
The President further compared his record with that of previous US leaders, claiming that none had taken an approved cognitive test of similar difficulty.
Questions surrounding the health and cognitive fitness of senior political leaders have remained a recurring topic in US politics. Trump’s comments come as discussions about the age and fitness of candidates continue to feature prominently in recent election cycles.
