Princess Beatrice Is Pregnant With 2nd Child, Buckingham Palace Confirms

Date:

Congratulations are in order for Princess Beatrice and her husband, Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi, who are expecting their second child together!

Buckingham Palace made the announcement on Tuesday and said that the new baby for Beatrice and her husband, Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi, is due in early spring.

Beatrice, 36, and Edoardo, 40, are already parents to daughter Sienna Elizabeth, who was born in September 2021. Beatrice is also a stepmother to Edo’s son — Christopher Woolf, known as “Wolfie” — from a previous relationship.

The King has been informed and both families are “delighted”, the Palace said on Tuesday.

To celebrate the announcement, the family released two new pictures, one showing Sienna walking along a country lane while holding hands with her father and big brother Wolfie.

Mapelli Mozzi, Beatrice’s husband took to Instagram to express his happiness. His post read, “Our life together has just begun, and I can’t wait to see all the amazing things that await us,” he said. “Feeling so much love and gratitude for my amazing wife, baby Sienna and Wolfie. These are the days I never want to forget. This week, a friend said to me the sweetest saying …. that with every child you grow a whole new heart 💖.”
