Priyanka Chopra Jonas made a stylish splash in Mumbai on 23 August as she attended her brother Siddharth Chopra’s wedding festivities. The global icon, who arrived from Los Angeles early on Friday, didn’t let jet lag dampen her spirits or her fashion game.

Dressed in a stunning magenta saree paired with a strappy, matching blouse, Priyanka exuded elegance and grace. The saree, which featured shimmering details along the border, was perfectly complemented by her layered pearl necklace and sleek handbag. She completed her look with a chic top bun, with a few loose strands framing her face, giving her a traditional yet modern appeal.
Upon her arrival, she was immediately surrounded by paparazzi. Despite being in a hurry, Priyanka managed to pose for the cameras, requesting the photographers to take their shots quickly, saying, “Aapko jaldi lena hoga, main nikal rahi hoon (You have to click soon, I’m leaving).” Her playful interaction with the paparazzi continued as she assured them, “Milti hoon na main, hoon yaha pe (I’ll meet, I’m here now),” before making a graceful exit.
Following the couple’s roka ceremony in April this year, which Priyanka also attended, Siddharth Chopra is set to marry Neelam Upadhyaya, and their celebration will bring together close friends and family in an intimate setting.
Despite her busy schedule, Priyanka always finds time for family. She was also in Mumbai last month to attend Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant’s wedding with her husband, Nick Jonas.
Priyanka recently wrapped up filming for her upcoming movie The Bluff and didn’t miss the chance to showcase her ‘Desi Girl’ charm at her brother’s wedding. The film, directed by Frank E Flowers, features Priyanka as a former pirate in a 19th-century Caribbean setting. Additionally, she has an exciting lineup of projects, including Heads of State, where she will share the screen with John Cena, Idris Elba, and Jack Quaid.
