Indian Television’s power couple Rahul Vaidya and Disha Parmar welcomed their firstchild on Wednesday and it’s a baby girl. Taking to their social media handles, the couple shared this happiest news of their live with their friends and well-wishers.
The post features a cute baby elephant with a pink colored napkin around it. Just below it, is a banner which says. ‘It’s a girl’. The couple went on to show their regards to hospital staff and doctors in the caption.
Rahul captioned the post as, ‘We are blessed with a Baby GIRL! The mummy and baby both are healthy and doing perfectly well! We would like to thank our Gynaec @dhruptidedhia who was hands on with the baby right since conceiving till birth and special thanks to our family @dnamjoshi & @masuuma at @criticareasiahospitals for giving us the best delivery experience possible! Soon the comment section of the post got flooded with congratulatory messages for the new parents of the tinsel town. Disha’s co actor Nakuul Mehta commented, ‘Aeyyy’ followed by multiple hearts. Whereas singer Harshdeep Kaur commented, ‘Congratulations!!!!! God bless you little one’.
The couple had announced their pregnancy back in May, with a cute post. The two were twinning in all black outfits with a small black board which read, ‘Mummy & Daddy’. They had also shared visuals of their scans.
The couple’s love story caught everyone’s attention, when Rahul proposed to Disha on national television. It all happened in 2020, when Rahul was one of the participants of Bigg Boss. Disha said yes to his proposal when she visited the Bigg Boss house on Valentine’s Day
The couple tied the knot in 2021 on July 16.
