When the world outside has been queueing up since last night to be among the first to get their hands on the new iPhone 16, the shutters go up on an Apple store. You, on the other hand, can chill and relax at home and wait for the delivery of the latest iPhone in less than 15 minutes…
And this is no scam!
You read it right! All you need to do is log onto your BigBasket, Blinkit, or Zepto app and deliver it to your doorstep.
The e-commerce giants have upped their game and made life convenient for iPhone fans. BigBasket, a TATA-owned grocery platform, promises to deliver the iPhone in 10 minutes. The landing page throws an advertisement for the latest model and an estimated delivery time. But you need to ensure that your address is in a deliverable area.
Similarly, Blinkit is ready to deliver the latest gadget but has limited models. It currently has only the iPhone 16 and iPhone 16 Plus models on display, and only the 128GB variant is available for purchase. It also offers cashback rewards and offers/schemes with specific banks.
Blinkit founder Albinder Dhindsa announced on X that sales are set to surpass the 300 mark.
We started delivering iPhones at 8 AM – and we’re going to cross the 300 mark in a couple of minutes 🤯

Meanwhile, Zepto was offering 128 GB and 256 GB. But by the time this reporter could go any further, all the iPhone 16 were shown as ‘out of stock’.
