Mary Kay Carlson, Deputy Chief of Mission at the US Embassy, took a flight back to the US from New Delhi on June 26. On arrival at Dallas Fort Worth International Airport, she realized that she is missing five bags.
After repeatedly asking foe help from United airways, she hasn’t received all her bags even after 11 days of the incidents.
.@united – We are on #Day11 without suitcases. Your bagtracker website has shown this same status since June 27. What does it take to get our bags delivered to #DFW? @joshearnest pic.twitter.com/qH2LgB6Bq2

Because of her regular and persistent efforts, she has received one of the bags but she’s still waiting for the other bags to be returned.
.@joshearnest – We arrived June 26 missing five checked bags. All five suitcases were scanned into EWR the following day – June 27. Only one bag has been delivered here in DFW. Can you help?
