What goes around comes back, do as you want to be treated yourself.
2. Volunteer.
Give to others… You will feel great satisfaction inside.
3.Embrace your emotions
Your emotions explains your inner self, embrace them. Nourish them, with proper thought process.
4. Count your blessings… Every. Single. Day.
To be happy and to lee p people around you happy, blessings will be a delight. They bring cheerfulness to everyday life.
5. Cherish every moment with loved ones as if it was the last.
“Jiyo toh har pal aise jaise ki aakhiri ho.” Live each moment to the fullest of its ability.

6. Judge less, accept more..
Accept things, fighting and having an opinion about everything will make you restless. Accept things and people as they are.
7. Meditate.
Talk to your inner self. Meditation and immerse yourself in the spiritual aspects.
8. Make lists.
This will help you to be more organised.
9.Find an outlet to your emotions.
Let go things and find a vent for them. Don’t keep your emotions suffocating yourself. Conduit will restore the inner balance. I prefer writing in my diary and dancing to vent my emotions.
10. Last but not least, follow your heart but take your head with you.
Where the heart goes, mind must follow. This will be a holistic complete decision for every thing in your life, may be small or big.
