Haryana Assembly Polls: BJP Releases First List 67 Candidates; CM Nayab Saini To Contest From Ladwa

The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) unveiled its first list of 67 candidates for the upcoming Haryana Assembly elections on Wednesday. Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini will contest from the Ladwa constituency.

Other Notable Candidates Include:

  • Gian Chand Gupta, running from Panchkula
  • Anil Vij, contesting from Ambala Cantt
  • Kanwar Pal Gurjar, representing Jagadhri
  • Sunita Duggal, running in Ratia
  • Bhavya Bishnoi, contesting from Adampur
  • Tejpal Tanwar, running from Sohna

The announcement follows a key meeting held on Tuesday at former Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar’s residence in Delhi. This meeting was attended by BJP Haryana Election in-charge Dharmendra Pradhan, election co-in-charge Biplab Dev, state in-charge Satish Punia, and state co-in-charge Surender Nagar, among others.

The Haryana Assembly elections are scheduled for October 5, with the deadline for filing nominations set for September 12. The vote counting will occur on October 8.
