Lessons for Life from Rio!

Date:

#1 Give your best and leave the rest!

RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - AUGUST 16: V. Sindhu Pusarla of India celebrates her win over Yihan Wang of China on Day 11 of the Rio 2016 Olympic Games at Riocentro - Pavilion 4 on August 16, 2016 in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. (Photo by Elsa/Getty Images)

The athletes have given the best every time they went on the court. They knew that lights are on and the stage is set. If played properly, they will be legend.

#2 Complete the task!

Even if you have taken up a marathon, or a sprint, you need to complete the task. The content on completion brings satisfaction. Winning or losing are bonus, it is completing what you take up in life.

#3 Appreciate people who helped you!

Every win is a contribution from many helping hands you met on the journey towards success.

#4 Never stop Dreaming!

Dreams are completed for them, who think they can. Never stop dreaming, irrespective what people say and whatever trouble comes your way.

#5 Some will lose.

When you win, the other will lose. It is a part of life, you will have to take disappointments with grace. But a grit to achieve in the next chance should keep igniting the fire in you.

#6 Never be scared, however difficult the tasks may be.

Those who dare and move beyond the set lines are the ones who will achieve. It is you, who need to set new parameters for others.

#7 Set goals and stop not until achieved.

The goal drives you to the path to achieve it. Work hard and stop not until it is achieved.

And a friend of mine, told me a great quote today, which I think is apt for life learning  “Keep your dreams alive. Remember all things are possible for those who believe”.
