OxfordCaps provides a custom designed and standardised student housing product with a fullstack model of services and amenities. The projects and services are standardised within Oxfordcaps’ brand services guidelines, providing a transparent, hasslefree and safe alternative to a market dominated by the unorganised paying guest segment.
It has expanded from 200 beds to acquisition of over 7,000 beds in Delhi-NCR and Dehradun.
Oxfordcaps works directly with universities and colleges as well to build a tailored experience for the student community, both via on-campus and off-campus housing.
The startup is also investing heavily in technology, particularly focusing on Internet of Things (IoT) and deep learning to provide a customised experience for students.
India’s residential rental market is pegged between $18 billion and $20 billion, according to industry estimates.
