PM Modi inaugurates Delhi-Faridabad Metro Line

Faridabad: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday inaugurated the Delhi-Faridabad Metro Line that would allow hassle free travel for around 2 lakh daily commuters between the national capital and the industrial hub in Haryana.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi breaking the protocol took a Metro ride to reach the venue for the inauguration.

After flagging off the Metro to new corridor, Modi addressed public meeting in Faridabad, starting with a saying “Jai Jawn.. Jai Kisan” highlighting the prosperity of Haryana.

“Solution to all problems is development,” PM Modi said.

Development being sole aim for the government PM Modi said, “Why should any Indian be homeless. Every person, the poor must have his or her home.”

“If some work is incomplete it is the duty of this Government to complete it. Solution does not lie only in criticising,” PM added.

Prime Minister also included OROP in his speech criticising previous government for not taking steps on the same.

“Nothing bigger than respect for the veterans and those who gave their life for the nation,” PM Modi Said.
