Sleep well
If one is working or is on the move during most parts of the day, their sleep will definitely be disrupted. So, amidst of your business schedule a minimum of 7 hours of sleep is considered necessary. Disrupted sleep patterns and insomnia have recently been suggested as risk factors for dementia. You may want to do regular exercise and eat healthy to improve sleep patterns. Eat omega-3 fats
