A home health care start-up providing comprehensive services for critical care at home, Critical Care Unified (CCU) is coming up with an employment drive to provide additional avenues for employment.
The company is gearing up to cross revenues of INR 5 crores in 2018, while seeking funding up to INR 40 crores in this quarter.
The organization plans to hire 2000 employees to supplement the expansion plans in India and overseas, thereby creating an upsurge of interest in the home-care sector.
Critical Care Unified has an aggressive yet strategically sorted plan of expansion, infiltrating into about 10 cities in India. International plans are also strengthening as an aim to expand to four territories.

“Our emphasis on customer satisfaction and quality service, embodied in the mantra, ‘Compassion with a Passion’ is paying rich dividends, as we are running our business with positive growth in revenue, along with profitability, from the very first month. This expansion will create larger opportunities for patients to acquire affordable and rapid services at the comfort of their home,” said founder, Critical Care Unified, Rajiv Mathur.

Whilst the company has thus far been self-funded, we will be seeking further investment to support our expansion plans,” Mathur added.
Home healthcare market in India is growing at a rate of 20 percent, with an estimated industry size of over USD three billion dollars; the industry is still at a nascent stage.
CCU is progressively catering to this hike as it continues to witness an unprecedented growth since inception.
