New Delhi: Manoj Kumar Dwivedi, presently Director in the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) has been appointed Private Secretary to Kalraj Mishra, Minister for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises.
Dwiwedi is a 1997 batch IAS officer of the Jammu & Kashmir cadre.
