- Christmas Cheer
Ingredients
Jim Beam: 60 ml
Apple juice: 60 ml
Cinnamon stick: One
Lime wedge: OneÂ
Method:
In a shaker glass filled with ice, pour the above ingredients and squeeze the lime. Shake well and strain into a stemmed glass. Garnish with a few apple slices and cinnamon stick.Â

Ingredients
Jim Beam: 60 ml
Mint syrup: 10 ml
Tabasco sauce: Three dashesÂ
Ginger ale: 90 ml
Lime wedge: One
Method:
In a tall glass filled with ice, put the Jim Beam, mint syrup, tabasco and ginger ale. Squeeze the lime and stir. Garnish with an orange peel and serve.Â

Earl grey tea: 60 ml
Honey: Five ml
Ginger juliens: SixÂ
Method :
Infuse Earl grey tea and allow it to cool. In a tall glass, drop the ginger juliens and muddle to release flavours. Add honey, Jim Beam and stir. Fill with ice and top with Earl grey tea. Garnish with an orange wedge and serve.Â
