New Delhi: Singapore-based global company Creative Technology Ltd launched a Sound Blaster Roar portable Bluetooth wireless speaker at e-commerce website Amazon India.

Dubbed as ‘Audiophile Sound Booklet’, the sleek metallic Sound Blaster Roar is designed to rival existing home stereo systems in sound quality, yet light enough to be portable. Measuring only 57x202x115 mm and weighing 1.1 kg, the SBR features 2 high performance amplifiers and 5 speaker drivers (which includes a built-in active subwoofer for thumping bass), for an exceptional audio performance.

The all-new speaker comes with in-built high-frequency top-firing driver and dual amplifiers, one for lows & mids and another for highs, and is encapsulated in a monocoque endo-skeletal chassis.

The device allows speakerphone teleconferencing with its integrated microphone.

It also features one-touch voice, music recorder, microSD slot, siren, NFC connectivity and Bluetooth Link Security Control. The speaker can easily be connected to two Bluetooth devices at a time.

The device is backed with a 6000mAh battery that provides up to 8 hours of continuous audio playback and can also be used to charge smartphones.

Priced at price Rs15,999; it is exclusively available on Amazon India.
